1. Program Overview
The Majestic Millions Lucky Draw is a customer loyalty initiative operated by Outdoor One (Private) Limited ("the Company"). Every eligible Majestic Millions Pass purchase automatically enters the buyer into a milestone-based prize draw. No separate registration and no additional payment beyond the pass itself are required.
2. Draw Trigger — Milestone Based
2.1 One draw is conducted upon the completion of every 5,000 eligible pass sales ("a Draw Cycle").
2.2 Each eligible pass belongs to exactly one Draw Cycle — the cycle during which it was purchased. Entries do not carry over to later draws.
2.3 The draw for a completed cycle is held within 30 days of the 5,000th eligible sale, at a date and venue announced on majestic-millions.com.
2.4 The Company does not guarantee how long a Draw Cycle will take to complete; timing depends on sales volume.
3. Prizes
3.1 Each draw has two (2) winners:
- Prize 1: 50 gram fine gold bar (999.9) — awarded to the first winning entry drawn.
- Prize 2: iPhone 17 Pro Max — awarded to the second winning entry drawn.
3.2 Prizes for future Draw Cycles may differ and will be announced on majestic-millions.com and in official marketing materials before or during that cycle.
3.3 No cash alternative. Prizes are awarded as announced, are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are not transferable to another person.
3.4 A maximum of one prize per person per draw. If the same person's entry is drawn for both prizes, the second prize is redrawn until a different winner is selected.
4. Entries and Eligibility
4.1 Open to individuals 18 years or older. Pakistani residents and overseas Pakistanis are eligible.
4.2 One eligible pass = one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries one person may hold.
4.3 Entry attribution:
- Standard Pass (MM series): entry belongs to the purchaser named at checkout.
- Gift Pass (GV series): entry belongs to the buyer, not the recipient. The buyer's name and CNIC provided at purchase are entered.
- Prepaid voucher redemption: entry belongs to the purchaser of the voucher (typically the selling partner / travel agent who bought the voucher stock from the Company), not the person who redeems it, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4.4 Excluded from entry (no draw participation):
- Test, demo, or staff-issued passes
- Complimentary or promotional passes issued free of charge
- Cancelled passes, or passes whose payment failed or was reversed
- Passes obtained fraudulently
- Directors and employees of Outdoor One (Pvt) Ltd and MyHomePakistan.com, and members of their immediate families
Authorised selling partners (travel agents) purchasing vouchers commercially ARE eligible under clause 4.3, and are not considered employees for the purpose of this exclusion.
5. Draw Procedure
5.1 Each eligible pass in the Draw Cycle receives a unique entry number, published in anonymised form (pass numbers only) before the draw.
5.2 Winners are selected using a verifiable random selection method.
5.3 Draws are conducted transparently with:
- Independent witnesses present
- Live streaming or full video recording, published afterwards
- Records retained and available for inspection on legitimate request
5.4 Draw results (winning pass numbers and winner first name + city) are published on majestic-millions.com within 24 hours of the draw.
6. Winner Notification and Verification
6.1 Winners are notified within 7 days of the draw via email and phone call to the details registered at purchase.
6.2 Winners must respond within 30 days of first notification and provide:
- Original valid CNIC (matching the name and CNIC recorded at purchase)
- Any tax-related documentation required by law
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 30 days, or fails identity verification, the Company may select an alternate winner by redraw from the same Draw Cycle.
7. Prize Collection
7.1 Prizes are collected in person in Karachi at a location and time notified to the winner (e.g., the Majestic Lounge office at Jinnah International Airport or the Company's designated office).
7.2 The winner must present their original CNIC at collection. Collection by representatives is not permitted.
7.3 Winners must collect their prize within 60 days of successful verification. Uncollected prizes after this period may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner or carried into a future draw, at the Company's discretion.
7.4 Winners travelling from outside Karachi are responsible for their own travel; the Company does not offer delivery of prizes.
8. Taxes and Legal Compliance
8.1 Winners are responsible for applicable taxes on prizes under Pakistani law.
8.2 The Company will make required disclosures and any legally mandated withholdings, and may require tax documentation before releasing a prize.
9. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified where:
- The pass was obtained fraudulently or through misuse of the platform
- Information provided at purchase is false or cannot be verified
- The Customer has violated the Terms & Conditions
- The entry falls under the exclusions in clause 4.4
10. Publicity
10.1 Winners consent to publication of their name, city, and photographs or video from the draw or prize handover for result announcements and transparency, as described in the Terms & Conditions (Winner Publicity).
11. Modifications
11.1 The Company may modify these Draw Rules with 30 days' notice via email to registered customers and publication on majestic-millions.com.
11.2 Changes do not apply retroactively to a Draw Cycle already completed.
12. Disclaimer
12.1 No purchase obligation exists beyond the pass itself.
12.2 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in the Draw Cycle (nominally 2 winners per 5,000 entries).
12.3 The Company makes no guarantee of winning to any participant.
