1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Majestic Millions Pass ("Pass"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms govern your purchase, use of passes, and participation in the Majestic Millions Customer Loyalty Program.
2. About Majestic Millions
Majestic Millions is a Customer Loyalty Program operated by Outdoor One (Private) Limited (hereinafter "the Company"), operating Majestic Lounges at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi, in strategic partnership with MyHomePakistan.com.
3. Pass Description
3.1 Each Pass entitles the holder to a single entry to any Majestic Lounge at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
3.2 Pass Price: PKR 3,000 per pass.
3.3 Validity: Each pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
3.4 Pass includes:
- Multi-course dining experience
- Premium beverages (unlimited)
- Access to dedicated smoking lounge
- Use of prayer facilities
- High-speed Wi-Fi access
- Premium comfortable seating
3.5 Single entry: Each pass is valid for one-time entry only.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Customer must be 18 years or older to purchase a pass.
4.2 Customers under 18 may use a pass when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also entering the lounge.
4.3 Valid travel documentation (boarding pass) and identification (CNIC/Passport) required for lounge entry.
5. Gift Passes
5.1 Customers may purchase passes as gifts marked "Gift Pass."
5.2 Gift Passes:
- Are transferable (anyone holding the QR code can use it)
- Display no specific name
- Are single entry only
- Have the same validity period
5.3 Gift Pass purchases entitle the BUYER to participation in the loyalty rewards program, not the recipient.
6. Loyalty Rewards Program
6.1 Every standard pass purchase automatically enters the buyer into the quarterly Majestic Millions Rewards Draw.
6.2 Gift Pass purchases enter the BUYER (not recipient) into the rewards draw.
6.3 Draws are conducted quarterly. Dates announced separately.
6.4 Prize amounts will be announced separately for each quarter.
6.5 Draws are conducted transparently in front of witnesses, with results published on majestic-millions.com.
6.6 Winners will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the draw.
6.7 Winners must provide valid CNIC and bank details for prize distribution.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
7.1 All pass purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
7.2 Exceptions: In cases of lounge closure or service unavailability on the day of intended use, customers may request a pass exchange (not refund) by contacting concierge@majestic-millions.com.
8. Lounge Conduct
8.1 Lounge access is at the discretion of Majestic Lounges staff.
8.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who:
- Are intoxicated or under the influence
- Behave inappropriately
- Damage lounge property
- Disturb other guests
- Fail to present valid travel documents or ID
8.3 Smoking is permitted ONLY in the designated smoking lounge.
9. Liability
9.1 Outdoor One (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for:
- Lost flights due to lounge use
- Personal items left or lost in the lounge
- Service interruptions due to airport operations
- Acts of force majeure
9.2 Customer assumes all responsibility for boarding their flight on time.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Customer information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 We may use customer data to:
- Process purchases
- Send purchase confirmations
- Notify of draw results
- Send relevant lounge updates
10.3 We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on majestic-millions.com is the property of Outdoor One (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors.
11.2 Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without permission.
12. Modifications
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
12.2 Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
12.3 Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication with concierge@majestic-millions.com.
13.2 Unresolved disputes are governed by Pakistani law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Airport closures
- Pandemic-related restrictions
