1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Majestic Millions Pass ("Pass") or redeeming a Majestic Millions prepaid voucher, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Majestic Millions Lucky Draw Rules in their entirety. Acceptance is confirmed at checkout before payment.
2. About Majestic Millions
Majestic Millions is a customer loyalty program operated by Outdoor One (Private) Limited ("the Company"), operating Majestic Lounges at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi, in strategic partnership with MyHomePakistan.com.
3. Pass Description
3.1 Each Pass entitles the holder to a single entry to any Majestic Lounge at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
3.2 Pass Price: PKR 3,000 per pass.
3.3 Validity: Each pass is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
3.4 Passes are issued in two series:
- Standard Pass (MM series) — issued in the purchaser's name, for the purchaser's own use.
- Gift Pass (GV series) — purchased to be given to another person (see Section 5).
3.5 Each pass includes:
- Multi-course dining experience
- Premium beverages (unlimited)
- Use of prayer facilities
- High-speed Wi-Fi access
- Premium comfortable seating
3.6 Single entry: Each pass is valid for one-time entry only.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase a pass.
4.2 Customers under 18 may use a pass when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also entering the lounge.
4.3 Valid travel documentation (boarding pass) and identification (CNIC/Passport) are required for lounge entry.
5. Gift Passes
5.1 Customers may purchase passes as gifts, issued in the Gift Pass (GV) series.
5.2 Gift Passes:
- Are transferable (any person presenting the QR code may use the pass)
- Display no specific holder name
- Are single entry only
- Carry the same one (1) year validity
5.3 Lucky Draw entry for Gift Passes belongs to the BUYER, not the recipient. The buyer's name and CNIC, as provided at purchase, are entered into the draw.
6. Prepaid Vouchers and Selling Partners
6.1 The Company may distribute prepaid voucher codes through authorised selling partners (e.g., travel agents) or directly.
6.2 A prepaid voucher, when redeemed on majestic-millions.com, converts into a valid pass subject to these terms.
6.3 Lucky Draw entry for a prepaid voucher belongs to the person or business that purchased the voucher from the Company (typically the selling partner), not the person who redeems it, unless the Company and partner have agreed otherwise in writing.
6.4 Voucher codes have no cash value, are not exchangeable for cash, and may be cancelled if obtained fraudulently or if payment for them is not completed.
7. Majestic Millions Lucky Draw
7.1 Eligible pass purchases automatically enter the buyer into the Majestic Millions Lucky Draw, governed by the separate Majestic Millions Lucky Draw Rules, which form part of these terms.
7.2 Draws are milestone-based: one draw is conducted upon the completion of every 5,000 eligible pass sales.
7.3 Two (2) winners are selected in each draw. Prizes for each draw cycle are announced in advance on majestic-millions.com and in official marketing materials.
7.4 Prizes are physical items as announced. There is no cash alternative, and prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
7.5 The following passes carry no draw entry: test, demo, or staff-issued passes; complimentary passes; cancelled passes; passes obtained fraudulently; and passes issued to persons excluded under the Draw Rules.
7.6 One person may hold multiple entries (one entry per eligible pass purchased). A maximum of one prize may be won by the same person in any single draw.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 All pass purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
8.2 Exception: in cases of lounge closure or service unavailability on the day of intended use, customers may request a pass exchange (not a refund) by contacting concierge@majestic-millions.com.
9. Lounge Conduct
9.1 Lounge access is at the discretion of Majestic Lounges staff.
9.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove guests who:
- Are intoxicated or under the influence
- Behave inappropriately
- Damage lounge property
- Disturb other guests
- Fail to present valid travel documents or identification
10. Liability
10.1 Outdoor One (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for:
- Missed flights due to lounge use
- Personal items left or lost in the lounge
- Service interruptions due to airport operations
- Acts of force majeure
10.2 The Customer assumes all responsibility for boarding their flight on time.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Customer information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Customer data may be used to:
- Process purchases and voucher redemptions
- Send purchase confirmations
- Administer the Lucky Draw and notify results
- Send relevant lounge updates
11.3 The Company does not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent, except as required for draw administration, prize distribution, or by law.
12. Winner Publicity
By entering the Lucky Draw, winners consent to the publication of their name, city, and photograph or video taken at the draw or prize handover, for the purpose of announcing results and demonstrating draw transparency. A winner may decline photography for marketing use by written request, in which case only their name and city will be published with the draw result.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All content on majestic-millions.com is the property of Outdoor One (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors.
13.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without permission.
14. Modifications
14.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
14.2 Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers with at least 30 days' notice where practicable.
14.3 Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication with concierge@majestic-millions.com.
15.2 Unresolved disputes are governed by Pakistani law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
16. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, airport closures, and pandemic-related restrictions.
